ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:
  • Assist in dealing with government and regulatory bodies both for companies and construction projects to ensure compliance of permits, ATP, clearances or licenses.
  • Monitor and keep records of company vehicles and ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled such as renewal of registration, insurance renewal and insurance claims.
  • Processing of new application and renewal of logos of the company in Intellectual Property Office (I.P.O).
  • Monitor contract of lease of offices and warehouses.  Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Conducts regular inventory and monitors movements of office equipment, furniture, fixtures and company vehicle.
  • Assist in the preparation of supplier’s and customer’s accreditation.
  • Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business.
  • Assist in handling corporate events.
  • Cover the reception desk when required such as handling of all phone calls and inquiries and managing internal and external customers, guests and visitors timely and professionally
  • Monitor utility staff and ensure that office is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Engages in field assignments due to errands related to applying, obtaining permits, titles, documents and other important business requirement.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Must have a 1 to 2-year Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform general staff assistance, documentation services, coordination and relaying information, communication, distribution and control, record monitoring and safekeeping of documents.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Filter calls and connect callers to the necessary department
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests
  • Review and process all utilities (electricity, water, internet, telco/ mobile service provider) 
  • Monitors and schedules regular office maintenance (i.e. Pest Control, Aircon Cleaning, Disinfection).
  • Receive and record all incoming documents to be distributed to the respective recipients
  • Canvass and purchase items from suppliers and vendors
  • Receive any orders, and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered.
  • Organizes and coordinates all special/social event in the office
Qualifications:
  • College graduate of any 4yrs.course
  • With 1-2yrs. experience as receptionist, front office representative or same role. fresh graduate are welcome to apply

HR ASSISTANT- COMPENBEN

Job Description:
  • Perform payroll computations, including computation of employee bonuses, allowances, loans, taxes, and government-mandated benefits to provide the appropriate salary due to the employees.
  • Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data  to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
  • Prepare payslips for employee
  • Monitor leave credits, Official Business, overtime, under time filed by employees
  • Respond to queries of workers and employees regarding their payroll computations and general benefits to allow the efficient resolution of concerns.
  • Process final pay, maternity, and sickness advances and prepare necessary documents
  • Prepares and submits reports for employee updates to applicable government agencies
  • Attends to inquiries from employees regarding Philhealth, HDMF, and SSS benefits
  • Assists employees with all aspects of mandatory benefits including proper documentation (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
  • Prepare remittances to report every month for statutory government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG)
  • Regularly review the accuracy of employee data, particularly their identification numbers and loan balances, to ensure proper payroll and statutory computation, reporting, and remittance.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor and benefits laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Has at least 2 years of C&B preferred
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Knowledgeable in implementing and maintaining company policies and practices
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work in Talipapa, Novaliches Quezon City

HR ASSISTANT- RECRUITMENT

Job Description:
  • Utilizes social media networks (e.g. Jobstreet, Indeed, Linked In, Jora, Facebook and other platforms) to search for and connect with potential candidates
  • Reviews online portfolios and resumes, pre-screens candidates through phone interviews to ensure that minimum requirements of the position are met prior to endorsement for an in-person or virtual interview
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
  • Perform reference and background check, and ensure completion of pre-employment forms and documents before on-boarding of new hires
  • Coordinate and monitor the preparation and signing of contract prior to endorsement to requestor for deployment.
  • Conduct pre-orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and ensures that the employee records are always up to date.
  • Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files, and other employee information
  • Coordinate the employee development plans and performance management with business unit heads.
  • Ensures disciplinary action is given to employees through due process
  • Conduct exit interview, releasing of last pay, COE and Quit claim
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
  • At least one (1) year experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws specifically in Recruitment and Placement guidelines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Executes tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Willing to work in Talipapa, Novaliches Quezon City
